1. Shipping Fee:

We use a flat shipping rate of $3.95 for United States shipping and $19.95 for International shipping.

The shipping fee for each order is determined solely based on the destination country. Regardless of the number of items you order, you will only be charged a flat shipping fee as specified above for each order.

2. Delivery time:

The estimated delivery time is the total of both handling time and transit time.

a. Handling time:

This refers to the time required to process the order, pack the item, and hand it over to the carrier. This process typically takes 2 to 3 business days.

b. Transit time:

5-7 business days for United States shipping

12-25 business days for International shipping

Shipping time for missing orders/change of shipping address?

If your order is changed products or has a changed shipping address, please note that we will require additional processing time of approximately 1-2 business days.

About Late Delivery

While the majority of packages are delivered on time, there are instances where unexpected circumstances can cause delays in delivery.

Potential reasons for such delays include:

  • International customs clearance processes
  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Severe weather conditions affecting transportation
  • Omissions or errors in apartment, building, floor, or unit numbers

3. Track your package

After shipping your order, you will be emailed by us with the tracking number for your order provided by the shipping company. This email will also include a link that will allow you to check the shipping status of your package. Please make sure to keep the tracking number handy for easy order tracking.
